- Copper, copper alloy, nickel, nickel alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy, zinc and zinc alloy recovered from construction works, means of transport, machines, equipment and other products which have been cut or disassembled in countries or territories of exportation;

- Copper or aluminum cores of electric wires and cables, which have been stripped off their insulating coats of plastic, rubber or other insulating materials;

- Electromagnetic wires (copper wires coated with insulated enamel paints, cotton fibers or paper).

c. Scraps in bulk or pressed into blocks or cakes.

Gypsum

a. Synthetic gypsum (FGD – flue gas desulphurization – gypsum), which are preliminarily processed from calcium sulphate obtained from the process of desulfurization of waste gas after burning fossil fuel;

b. Not containing hazardous substances (radioactive substances, heavy metals, hazardous waste, etc.) in excess of the set limits of Vietnamese standards.
